He was a wonderful man and blessed to have had the opportunity to have known him. Praying his family finds comfort at this sad time. So many memories and he taught me some strong values I carry with me to this day. Very respected and will be missed.

Billy Joe and I spent many happy evenings running each other all over Azalea Tennis Courts. He was a gentleman and a great friend, as well as the best tile mason I ever saw.
My life is poorer with him departed. But I hope to see him again someday.
