I am so sorry that I will not be able to be at the service for this sweet lady. She was one talented lady who dedicated her life to her family and others. She and Jake were an inspiration to everyone in the way they loved and cared for their sweet son, Ronnie. My prayers go out for the family during this time. I love all of you. Aunt Shirley Strickland

We are so sad Grandmother Strickland passed away. But we know she is in a better place with Pappa, Ronnie and Aunt Pauline. We so wished we could be there. Please know Grandmother Strickland is in our hearts and prayers. We will miss her greatly especially those made from scratch cakes and her wonderful fried chicken. She always has a smile and a meal ready when we came to visit. Wish we were not so far away.... We love you all !!
