Virginia Ruth Cureton Manwaring, known as Sister, passed away Monday, July 17, 2023 at the home of her sister, Mary.
Private services will be held later.
Sister was loved by her family, friends and co-workers. God called her home and we will miss her and always cherish her memory.
Born January 26, 1942 she was the first daughter of Chalmers and Edna Boatwright Cureton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Russ, Bobby Joe, Johnny Mac and Earl, sister, Willie Mae.
She is survived by her partner, Ray Averill and siblings, Jimmy, Ann, Mary, Rose and Janis.
