Thomas “Tom” Edward Hisey, 79, of Dothan, Alabama, passed away on August 23, 2023 peacefully in his sleep, after a period of declining health.

Tom was born in Orrville, Ohio, February 25, 1944. He was an amazing Husband and Father. He was loving and kind, supportive and gave great advice.

Largely self-educated, he was great at working with his hands. He was highly skilled with all things mechanical, electrical, and carpentry. He had a special love of rebuilding classic cars. He was also a proud Vietnam Veteran enlisted in the Air Force as a Fighter Jet Crew Chief.

Tom is survived by his loving wife Vicky, his son Thomas (partner Betsy) and two stepsons Aaron Smucker and Michael Smucker (partner Diana). He is also survived by his brother John (partner Iva), nieces Lori and Lisa, grandsons Brayden and Ethan.
