Michael Vinson Obituary

Michael Scott Vinson, a resident of Dothan, Alabama, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 12, 2022 at his home. He was 41.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2PM, Friday, June 17, 2022 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Lewis officiating and Southern Heritage Funeral Home directing.

Michael was born on June 4, 1981 to Wade and Elizabeth Kirkland Vinson. He was a loving son that had a big heart and that never met a stranger. Children always had a special place in his heart. During his spare time he enjoyed racing, fishing, spending good times with family and friends, and watching Alabama football, “Roll Tide”. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Wade Vinson Jr. (Scarlette); two sisters, Amanda Vinson, and Mellissa Pruit (Chris); along with numerous nieces nephews, and many friends.
