Marlene Wheeler Obituary

Marlene Gail Wheeler, a resident of Cottonwood, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at Southeast Health. She was 73.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions celebration of life services will be held at a later date.

Marlene was born October 26, 1946 and raised in Detroit, Michigan to the late Ray and Dora Gail Warren Murphy. She was a 1964 graduate Lakeview High School and later married, Jim Wheeler. They moved to Cottonwood in 1975 and she enjoyed crocheting, painting and antiques and was fond of animals.

Marlene is survived by her husband, Jim Wheeler; daughters, Michele Hamann Randy), Suzi Schweers (Clint); grandchildren, Hunter Wells (Jordan), Austin Wells and Paetyn Wheeler; sister, Janice Manhke; niece, Debbie Camper; great nieces and nephews, Eric Camper, Tiffany Kinsler, Kolton Camper, April Camper and Jeremiah Camper; many extended family and friends.
