LoRae (Mixon) Worrell

LoRae Mixon Worrell, a resident of Webb, Alabama died Monday, July 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 73.

Funeral Services will be held at 11AM, Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Reverend Hugh Kirkland officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10AM to 11AM at the funeral home.

Born to the late Ray and Lois Southerland Mixon, she is a lifelong resident of the Wiregrass Area. Mrs. LoRae retired from the Southeast Alabama Medical Center after thirty-five years as a Certified Nurse Assistant. She was a loving wife, mother and sister who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Charles Mixon and Jimmy Mixon.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-two years, Larry Worrell; a son, Michael Worrell; one brother, Allan Mixon (Cammy) and many nieces and nephews.
