Obituary

Jeffrey Aldon Haskins, a resident of Columbia, died Thursday, July 28, 2022 at his home. He was 58.

Graveside services for Jeff will be held at 10 AM Monday, August 1, 2022 at Liberty Baptist church cemetery with Pastor Jeff Peacock officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Jeff was born July 6, 1964 in Camilla, Georgia to the late Newbern Elisha and Eleanor Whitehead Haskins. He was raised around Lake Eufaula and graduated from Abbeville High School. Jeff was a Carpenter by trade and enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his daughters, Jessica and Heather Whiddon; special loved one, Terrie Pettus; several grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie White (John), Cyndy Robertson (Craig); brothers, Demp Beckham, Brad Beckham (Ginger), Keith Haskins and several nieces and nephews.
