Ernest Wayne Clark

Ernest Wayne Clark, a resident of Dothan, died Friday, January 1, 2021 at his home. He was 76.

Funeral services for Mr. Clark will be held at 2 PM Monday, January 4, 2021 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark was born January 9, 1944 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Merlin and Agnes Bedsole Clark. He was a graduate of Dothan High School and a lifelong resident of Dothan. Mr. Clark was a pipe engineer and loved to tinker and fix anything he put his hands on.

Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Bryan Keith Clark.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Theresa Clark; daughter, Cynthia Broxton; grandchildren, Jerrah Briggs (Bren), Chelsea Broxton, Cross Ingram; great grandchildren, Badin and Breelyn Briggs, Brox Durham, Bowen Broxton and a sister, Margie Wade (Herman).
