Douglas Wade Fultz

Douglas Wade Fultz, a resident of Dothan, Alabama died Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at his home. He was 67.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3PM, Sunday, May 2, 2021 in Clearman Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2PM to 3PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mr. Fultz’s honor to The American Cancer Society, 250 Williams Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.

Born to the late Donald and Patricia Jo Menear Fultz in Louisville, Kentucky February 11, 1954, he served his country in the United States Army. He was a certified automotive mechanic for thirty years, being last employed by Maha Automotive up until his illness. Doug’s hobbies included auto mechanics and wood works. He was a loving husband of seventeen years to Mrs. Martha Fultz. Spending precious time with his family was of the utmost importance.  Papa will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Mr. Fultz was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his loving wife; one son, David Fultz (Kim); five daughters, Patty Juarez (Johnny), Jennifer Russell (Dewayne), Allison Woodall (Charles), LaKresha Hendricks (Grant), and Jessica Adams (Chris); one sister, Gayle Carter; ten grandchildren, Tiffany Granger (Jamie), Mallory, Chase, and JoAnne Woodall, Jon Michael Adams, Addison Hendrix, Laney and Jackson Russell, Erika Juarez, and Alexxis Fultz.
