Carlene Posey Obituary

Carlene Posey, a resident of Midland City, died Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Flowers Hospital. She was 70.

Family memorial services will be held at a later date.

Carlene was born June 2, 1951 in Polk County, Florida to the late Carl and Lillie Von Bradshaw Posey. She worked as a Phone Operator and retired from Verizon. Carlene was family oriented and enjoyed taking care of her family. She loved the Lord with all her heart and loved reading and studying her Bible.

Carlene is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Leonard Posey, Jerry Posey and Jannie Kent.

Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Jerry Posey, II (Selena), Jimmy Kent (Candice), Bo Kent (Alicia), Lisa Odom (Roger) and Wanda Deese (Dennis).
