Bonnie Sue Smith

Bonnie Sue Smith, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama, formerly from Dothan, Alabama died Monday, March 14, 2022 at Crowne Heath Care of Eufaula. She was 64.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:30PM Friday, March 18, 2022 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Dickerson officiating and Southern Heritage Funeral Home directing.

Bonnie was born to the late Edward and Mary Alice Grantham Curry on November 19, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a homemaker most of her adult life. As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, spending time and making precious memories with her family was always of the most importance. She will be dearly loved and missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Bruce Smith Sr; a son, Stanley Bruce Smith Jr; her parents, and a brother, Luther “Buddy” Curry.

Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Durham; four sisters, Beverly Wessinger, Judy Spencer, Kathy Dickerson (Tim), and Shirley Kimbrough; three granddaughters, Metallica, Isabella, And Elizabeth Grace Durham; the father of her daughter, Wayne Inman, along with other extended family and friends.
