Alan White

Alan White, a resident of Dothan, Alabama and formerly of Donalsonville, Georgia, passed away peacefully Friday, August 27, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was 51 years old.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later Date.

Alan was born August 24, 1970. He was an artist at heart, on a canvas, with home projects, and in his profession as a cosmetologist. He loved to create and recreate art and wanted to make every client in his chair feel beautiful. Alan was so thoughtful and loved people. He loved to make others feel special and he never met a stranger.

Most of all, Alan loved his family. His family will always cherish the fun, loving memories they share of him as a son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry White; his paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Winifred White; and maternal grandparents, J.L. and Ida Beasley.

Survivors include his mother, Merlene Sandlin; sister Pennye Easom; nieces and nephews, Hannah and Matthew Thompson, and Emily and Zach Morris; and his pride and joy, his great nieces, Jerah Thompson, and Lettie Morris; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
