Vanarie Dismukes Obituary

Vanarie Dismukes, a lifelong resident of Dothan, died Sunday, March 18, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was 77.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM, Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Steve Sexton officiating and Southern Heritage Funeral Home directing. Flowers will be accepted.

Ms. Dismukes was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dismukes; Parents, Loyd and Ethel Lewis Shiver; a son, Doug Dismukes; a daughter, Julie Pike; a brother, Jerry Shiver.

Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Micah and Sherrie Dismukes; a sister, Marie and Gary Lawence; grandchildren, Erin Pike Garzarer (Jake), Abby Dismukes, and Corey Pike; Seven great grandchildren.
