Troy Dennis Knight

Troy Dennis Knight, a resident of Kinsey, Alabama, died unexpectedly Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Southeast Health. He was 34.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 3PM to 5PM Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Troy Dennis Knight to the Dothan Humane Society, 255 Jerry Drive, Dothan, Alabama 36303.

Troy was currently employed as the office manager of Scott’s Services. He served his country in the United States Army, serving one tour in Iraq. He loved hanging out with his family and many friends. Troy never met a stranger, and was willing to help anyone in need. He was an avid animal lover. Where ever you saw Troy he always had a smile on his face. He will be dearly missed by all.

Troy is preceded in death by his grandparents, B.C. and Mildred Corrine Knight; three uncles, Darrin Hallman, Billy and Howard Knight; two aunts, Linda Mertes and Kathy Knight.

Survivors include his father, Dennis Knight; mother, Karrie Sedor (Bill); two brothers, Tyler Knight (Victoria), and Trevor Knight (Miriam); grandparents, Darryl Hallman and Kay Merritt; numerous cousins; and many, many friends.
