Deborah Jo Williams

Deborah Jo Williams, a resident of Columbia, Alabama, died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 60.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6PM, Thursday, September 13, 2018 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.

Born to the late Joseph and Bonnie Brackin Dykes, Ms. Debbie was a rock star mom who loved her children, grandchildren, and special dog Bama. She was a very hard worker and never met a stranger.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Amber Shelton (Brandon) and Anna Dozier (Maurice); one brother, Frankie Dykes; a sister, Penny Scoggins; two grandchildren, Chance and Karma Shelton; a very special friend who was like a daughter, Morgan Colley.
