Polly Ann Durham of Loretto, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Henry County Health and Rehabilitation center. She was 83.

A memorial service for Ms. Durham will be held at a later date in St. Joseph, Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by her husband; a son and a daughter; parents; seven siblings and a grandson

Ms. Polly is survived by a son Mark Durham (Patricia); one sister; Two brothers; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
