Lucile Dasinger Adams, a resident of Dothan, died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Extendicare Health and Rehab in Dothan. She was 98.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Rev. Tim Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM Monday, September 12, 2016 at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church Building Fund, 1231 Fortner Street, Dothan, AL 36301.

Mrs. Adams was born December 4, 1917 in Barbour County, Alabama to the late Johnnie Eugene and Madie Green Dasinger. She was a retired salesperson having worked with Blumbergs and J.C. Penny. Mrs. Adams a longtime resident of Dothan and was a former member of Southside Baptist and has been a member of Ridgecrest Baptist since 1990.

Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Dorothy Scott Barkley, brother, A.J. Dasinger and the father of her children, M.C. Adams.

Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Linda and Doug Faulk, Sr., Dothan; son and daughter in law, Larry and Ann Adams, Kailua, HI; grandchildren, and their spouses, Michelle and Warren Meeker, Douglas J. and Marcia Faulk, Steven J. and Charlotte Faulk, Adam and Jennifer Faulk; great grandchildren, Morgan, Ryan and Kylan Meeker, Chase (Leigh) Faulk and Caroline Faulk (Matthew) Middlebrooks, Meagan Faulk, Ashley Faulk (Dustin) Wilson ,Brandon Faulk and Cole Faulk; great great grandchildren, Collins and Asher Faulk; special niece, Pat Scott (JB) Sanford, Prattville.
