Hurdis Harris Sr, a resident of Louisiana, died Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was 85.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, October 27, 2017 at Deridder City Cemetery in Deridder, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at 1225 Fletcher Smith Road, Cottonwood, Alabama 36320 prior to Friday, October 27, 2017.
Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Eula O’Connor Harris; his wife, Theresa Harris; one brother, Herbert Harris.
Mr. Harris is survived by the mother of his children, Sue Roland; three sons, Hurdis Harris Jr., Wendell Gobbel (Carol), and Jessie Harris; two daughters, Gayle Irwin (William), and Sharon Graves (Mark); step-children, Karin Wittwer, Christine Glaser, and Karl Donhauser; seven grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
