Frank Daniel Cannon, III, a resident of Cottonwood, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident September 5, 2016. He was 24.

Memorial services for Daniel will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Madrid Baptist Church with Brother Jayson Kirk officiating. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 1:00 PM.

Daniel was born October 16, 1991 to Frank Daniel and Melissa Marie Porter Cannon, Jr. He was born and raised in Cottonwood and was a 2011 graduate of Cottonwood High School. He was currently employed with Wal-Mart South. Daniel had a love for the outdoors to include hunting, fishing, riding horses and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Daniel is preceded in death by an uncle, Brian Patrick Ward and a nephew, Eli Coleman Robinson.

Survivors include his wife, Lonna Cannon; eight month old daughter, Karleigh Jean Cannon; mother, Melissa Cannon (Michael); father, Frank Cannon, Jr. (Melinda); sisters, Chelsea Cannon (Blake), Nicole Cannon, Lisa Goodwin, Alexi Seal, Amber Minor, Bethany Minor, Kala Minor; brothers, Chris Cannon (Britney), Mark Seal (Ashley); grandmother, Charlotte Ward (Culey) several extended family; special childhood friends, Johnny Peters, Cory Cobb, Jordan Ramey and Trey Conway.
